ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users (including end users, administrators, organization-level users) of the SuperVize platform (the “Software”). By using the Software, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Software to:

  1. Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law, regulation, or third-party rights (including privacy, intellectual-property, defamation, or export-control laws).
  2. Upload, store, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  3. Upload or transmit any data that you do not have the legal right to provide (e.g., patient PHI without appropriate consent / authorization, or education records without student consent if required).
  4. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Software.
  5. Modify, copy, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise attempt to replicate or reconstruct the Software, in whole or part.
  6. Share your login credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to access your account; or attempt to bypass security controls.
  7. Use the Software to build a competing product or for any commercial re-distribution, resale, or rental without express permission.
  8. Use the Software in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the service or interfere with other users’ access.
  9. Use bots, scrapers, scripts, or automated systems to access or interact with the Software, unless explicitly permitted in writing.
  10. Upload or transmit viruses, malware, ransomware, or other harmful code.

Enforcement

If we determine — at our sole discretion — that you have violated this Policy, we may take any of the following actions (without prior notice):

  • Suspend or terminate your account;
  • Remove or disable access to offending content;
  • Report you to law enforcement or relevant authorities (if appropriate);
  • Pursue any other remedy available under law or contract.

Amendment

We may update this Policy at any time. Your continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
