SuperVize, LLC (“SuperVize”, “we”, “us”, “Service Provider”, or “Processor”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information collected through our software and services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights under applicable U.S. federal and California law.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

- Enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial resale.

- For PHI or sensitive health/education data, we will enter into a DPA (or Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) if required) before permitting data sharing.

We implement reasonable technical, physical, and administrative safeguards to protect your data, consistent with industry standards, and — where applicable — HIPAA Security Rule requirements.
8. Minors and Sensitive Data
Our service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors, and the User shall not submit any personal data from minors.
For sensitive health, mental-health, or education-related data, we rely on our contracts (DPA/BAA) and the organization’s obligations to ensure lawful collection, consent, and handling.
9. International Data Transfers
If data is transferred outside the United States, we will comply with applicable laws and take appropriate safeguards.

We may update this policy occasionally. We will post changes on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
